The telephone and internet-based bank First Direct is a division of HSBC that offers a series of cards aimed at the both standard and advanced customer. Credit cards feature typical rewards such as bonus points and cinema ticket offers, and depending on which card you choose, appealing rates on balance transfers, purchases and credit limits. More recently, First Direct has even introduced text and mobile phone banking for its customers.
