ClearCash provides a prepaid mastercard with a feature called icount - letting you see how, where, and on what you are spending your money on. The icount facilities also let you pay bills which can only be paid via standing order or internet banking. Opening an icount from ClearCash also qualifies you for free purchase protection on purchases made with the PrePaid Mastercard.
