Virgin Money seeks 'good value' in spending for customers with new Credit Card
Virgin Money has introduced a new credit card aimed at providing good value for consumers and a host of fringe benefits to encourage spending.
The All Round Credit Card has been launched with six months' zero per cent APR on card purchases and zero per cent for 16 months on all balance transfers.
Under the terms of the deal, the 16 month offer on balance transfers will only come into effect if transfers are made within the first sixty days of opening the account.
Virgin Money spokesman Grant Bather said that the terms of the new credit card were designed to give "customers the freedom to spend for six months" with no APR.
"We wanted to offer all round good value to customers," he said, noting the "flexibility" of the new All Round Credit Card, which encourages spending.
Cardholders can also look forward to discounts on a range of other Virgin Group services, with trains, flights, holidays and even gym discounts all available.
Once the initial six month period is complete, cardholders will face a representative rate of 15.8 per cent APR.
