Credit card provider Virgin Money has suggested that there has been a return in confidence in UK shares.
Investment in commodity, gold and property funds in particular have experienced a confidence boost in the past three months, according to Virgin Money.
The company tracks the confidence of independent financial advisers across the UK in ten sectors and using this information to for an Investor Intentions Index.
Virgin Money spokesman Grant Bather said:"In the past three months confidence is starting to return and while there's a long way to go these are promising signs."
A credit card with 0% balance transfers for 16 months from the date the account is opened is offered by Virgin Money. Credit card holders are also given 0% on card purchases for three months, with a typical variable rate of 16.6% APR.
