Credit card provider Tesco Bank has revealed its hardest working ATM over the Christmas period is one in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
This machine was expected to serve over 550 Christmas shoppers every day.
Tesco Bank also estimated ATMs would handle 20% more transactions than last year, with people using their debit or credit cards to take money out of the machines.
Tesco Bank's head of ATMs, Stewart Gow said: "We're working hard to ensure our network of cash machines is well stocked to cope with record levels of demand."
Tesco is currently offering the Clubcard credit card, with a typical variable rate of 16.9% APR.
There is 0% interest for 12 months on all purchases from the date on which the account is opened.
The reward credit card allows holders to earn extra Clubcard points on purchases made with the card.
It also has other benefits such as online servicing, travel insurance discounts and deals on Tesco travel money.
Clubcard credit cards are also protected against fraud with FraudSafe and Tesco Secure.
