Online shopping 'will become increasingly important'
Online shopping is set to become more and more important, according to a leading industry-focused management consulting firm.

Matthew Cushen, a senior manager at Kurt Salmon Associates, said online shopping - where shoppers can pay for products online using debit or credit cards - also means greater price transparency for consumers.
For example, he said, there is a website called mySupermarket.co.uk which compares basket prices across major retailers' sites.
This allows consumers to compare the prices of their entire grocery shop, rather than just individual items.
Retailers will have to focus on product quality for consumers, shelf life and timely delivery on their online offers to keep up with the competition, Mr Cushen continued.
His comments follow the release of figures from the Office of National Statistics, which state the volume of retail sales in August was 2.1% higher than the previous year.
Sales for stores predominantly selling food increased during the same period by 2.9%.
