According to MBNA Europe, the card issuer, every time a card user makes a payment a contribution will be made to Manchester United with no extra cost to the credit card holder.

The typical variable rate on the card is 15.9% APR variable, with 0% on balance transfers for the first 12 months from the date on which the account is opened, with a 3% handling fee. The balance must be transferred within the first 90 days of account opening for card holders to take advantage of this offer.

There is also 0% on card purchases for three months from the date on which the account is opened, subject to terms and conditions.

Manchester United credit card holders are also able to check their balance and transactions online using the online banking system.

Liverpool supporters can also show their loyalty to their team with a Liverpool FC credit card.
