HSBC gains top ranking for customer service
HSBC has beaten nine other leading retail financial service providers to be voted the bank offering the best customer experience both in branches and online.

The bank and credit card provider has also topped the list for its speed and quality of service in the report by global consultancy Prophet.
HSBC was awarded for its friendly customer welcome, attentive staff, branch environment and online banking service, according to Prophet.
The findings were based on a detailed survey by undercover shoppers.
HSBC was one of only two banks that offered a customer experience that was rated above expectations. Citi was the other bank to be commended.
Joe Garner, HSBC general manager personal finances services, said: "We have an excellent team who work incredibly hard across the business to deliver consistently good customer service and it is great to see their dedication and hard work being recognised in this way."
Last year, Global Finance presented HSBC UK with an award for the best corporate internet bank in the Best Internet Bank Awards.
