The card could be ideal for holidaymakers, and is the only credit card with no fee for exchanging currency on the market.
Called Zero, the Abbey credit card offers 0% on balance transfers for 12 months and purchases for three months.
It is available in branches, over the phone or online.
Roger Lovering, managing director of Abbey Credit Cards, said: "Its fee-free credentials apply on an ongoing basis too, as part of our commitment to offer our customers ongoing value and innovative and cost effective spending options."
Fiona Wilkinson, senior vice president at Visa Europe recently said that debit and credit card holders can take a few measures on holiday to keep their money safe.
She advised holidaymakers to keep their receipts so that they can check them against statements when back home.
The expert also recommended that credit card holders keep their cards in different places so that they won't all be lost at once if something goes wrong.
