In this way, customers will be able to help raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign's Giving children equipment to be independent appeal, just by completing a transaction.
It is hoped the charity will raise £3 million to fund equipment for children with muscular dystrophy.
Tesco will be donating 0.0125 pence for every transaction, which include using a debit or credit card to withdraw money, requesting a mini-statement and mobile phone top-up.
Philip Butcher, chief executive of the Muscular Dystophy Campaign, said; "This unique promotion will provide customers with a simple way to help children living with muscle wasting disease in their local community by doing nothing more complicated than using a cash machine."
