Credit card provider Tesco Finance has launched a series of summer offers to benefit new customers.

A total of 1,500 Clubcard points can be earned by new customers when they open a Tesco Instant Access savings account. The points can be exchanged for reward tokens and are worth up to £15 in Clubcard vouchers.

Consumers can also collect Clubcard points with a Tesco Clubcard credit card.

The credit card offers typical 16,9% APR variable, with 0% interest on all purchases for 12 months from the date on which the account is opened.

There is also 0% on balance transfers for six months from the date the account is opened, with 2% on balances transferred in the first four months.

The credit card provider is also offering 50% off all new home insurance policies bought by 16th September when they are purchased online or over the phone.

Car insurance customers could also benefit from the offers, with new customers receiving a £40 Tesco gift card until 16th September.
