Credit card holders who spent over £100 per ticket to see Michael Jackson will be able to make a refund claim to their credit card provider, according to Which? legal service senior lawyer Peter McCarthy.

Those who paid less than this are only entitled to make a claim if they are a Visa or MasterCard credit card or Visa debit card holder, the lawyer told Devon 24.
Jackson fans who bought tickets directly from London's 02 arena where the concerts were due to take place, or from related agencies are entitled to a full refund.
"Unfortunately, it's a gloomier picture if you bought from a third party. If you bought tickets from an individual, through eBay for example, you may have more difficulty getting your money back, as these are private sales," Mr McCarthy told the paper.
Michael Jackson was due to play fifty shows, starting on 13 July. Tickets for the shows sold out within minutes of going on sale.
