Consumers have been advised not to save their credit card details on their home computers.

Michael Lynch, fraud expert at life assistance firm CPP, explains that if they do so, they could leave themselves open to fraud by other users.
He recommends people need to ensure other individuals who use the PC in question are not able to access their details.
One way of helping to guard personal information includes protecting user profiles with passwords and not saving sensitive information in folders which can be accessed by anyone else.
"They should be checking their accounts, credit card statements and their credit reports - and there are services that check your accounts and give you alerts and monitor your data on the internet," Mr Lynch concludes.
According to the October 2008 CPP report on online family fraud, 21 per cent of kids use their parents' passwords from accounts they have on web-based shopping sites.
