Co-operative Bank employees 'thank customers with a song'
A group of 50 Co-operative bank employees for offices in Manchester, Skelmersdale and Stockport sang the cheery song which praises the bank's customers.
Guy Herrington, director of marketing for the bank, said that they were proud to have been recognised as the best financial services provider by Which? and decided to find a way to thank customers.
"We decided that instead of sending a traditional thank you note to every customer, we should do something a little bit more tongue-in-cheek and sing a song.
"We are not sure that we will be getting a call from Simon Cowell some day soon but as long as our customers are happy - that's the most important thing," he explained.
The song, called Thank You, was written especially for the Co-operative Bank by Richard Coulson.
A platinum fixed rate credit card is currently being offered by the bank with 9.9% APR typical/variable and no annual fee.
Free 90 day purchase protection insurance is also offered with the credit card.
