Compare cashback credit cards to ensure you are getting the 'best deal'
UK consumers should compare the offers available with cashback credit cards to ensure they are getting the best deal, it has been claimed.
David Black, the head of banking at financial research company Defaqto, advised credit card users to switch as often as possible in order to reap the rewards of introductory offers.
He told the Guardian: "If you have a good credit rating, it is worth checking to see if you can get a better reward deal elsewhere.
"Some of the most attractive credit card rewards are enhanced introductory offers, such as the five per cent cashback on spending in the first three months."
Mr Black reminded Brits that any money earned from cashback cards will be credited on an annual basis.
The Capital One World MasterCard offers users five per cent cashback for the first three months of spending, up to a maximum of £100 during that initial period.
