Capital One introduces new credit card range
Capital One has introduced a new range of credit cards, offering various features to meet credit card holders needs.
The Capital One Premium Plus credit card, for example, offers 0% on purchases until April 1st 2010. The balance transfer rate on the card is just 6.9% per annum fixed rate until January 1st 2012.
This card is ideal for those with a perfect credit history. The typical variable rate on the card is 15.9% APR.
For those looking to build or rebuild their credit history, there is the Capital One Classic credit card. This offers a low, easy-to-manage credit limit from £100, which could increase after four months.
Users of this card can also register for email alerts to help them stay in control of their finances. The rate on the Capital One Classic credit card is 34.9% APR typical variable.
The Capital One Progress card, meanwhile, allows users to improve their credit rating over time. It is designed for those with a good credit rating and offers a rate of 34.9% APR typical variable.
Holders of this card are able to reduce the rate on their card to as low as 19.9% p.a. variable, as long as they keep up with their minimum repayments and stick within their credit limit.
